Video Not Playing

If a video fails to load or gets stuck, try switching to a different server. Each title has multiple server options above the player.

Buffering or Slow Speed

Buffering is usually caused by your internet connection or the server load. Switch to another server or try again in a few minutes.

Subtitles Not Showing

Open the player settings and enable subtitles from the CC button. Language options depend on which server is selected.

Mobile Playback

Cineby works on all mobile browsers. Use Chrome or Safari for best results. Tap the fullscreen icon in the player for a better viewing experience.

Finding a Title

Use the search bar at the top of any page. Type the movie or show name, actor, or genre. Results appear as you type.

Watchlist / My List

Click the bookmark icon on any title to add it to your list. Your watchlist is saved in your browser locally and does not require an account.


How to Watch a Movie or TV Show

Browse or Search — Go to Movies or TV Shows and browse by genre, country, or year. Or use the search bar to find a specific title.

Open the Title — Click any poster to open the detail panel with the plot, rating, cast, and available servers.

Press Watch Now — Click Watch Now to open the player. The first available server loads automatically.

Switch Servers if Needed — If the video does not play, use the server buttons above the player to switch. Try each one until you find one that works for your connection.

For TV Shows — Use the season and episode selector above the player to navigate between episodes and seasons.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Cineby does not require registration or any personal information. Just open the site and start watching immediately.

Is Cineby free?

Yes. Cineby is completely free with no subscription, no trial, and no hidden fees. All content is available to everyone at no cost.

Why is a server not working?

Third-party servers can go offline or become slow at peak times. Always try a different server before assuming a title is unavailable. Most titles have 3 or more server options.

Can I watch on my TV?

Yes. Open a browser on your smart TV or connect your laptop to your TV via HDMI. Cineby works in any modern browser — no app required.

How do I report a broken link or missing episode?

Use our Contact page and select "Bug Report" as the subject. Include the title name and the issue you experienced.

Does Cineby have ads?

No. Cineby is completely ad-free. There are no pop-ups, pre-roll ads, or mid-roll interruptions.
