Cineby respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Cineby does not host or store any video files. We are an index platform that aggregates links to third-party streaming servers. For fastest removal please also contact the hosting server directly.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content accessible through Cineby infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:

Your full legal name and contact information (email address, phone number, physical address).
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL of the page on Cineby where the allegedly infringing content appears.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your electronic or physical signature.

How to Send Your Request

Submit your DMCA notice through our Contact page selecting "DMCA / Copyright" as the subject. Please include all required information listed above. Incomplete notices will not be processed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your name, contact details, identification of the removed content and its location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

Cineby will, in appropriate circumstances, disable access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Response Time

We process valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible. You should expect a response within 2 to 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. We will forward your notice to the relevant third-party hosting provider and remove the link from our index.
